There is a 30 day return policy from the purchase date on all items. When the item is returned in "new" condition, the purchase price is refunded in full minus shipping costs. Please call or email first to receive a return authorization number.

Computers that we build have a 12 month warranty against breakage, with the user covering costs to return the item to us for replacement or repair. It is expected that reasonable precautions are used to protect equipment from failure, such as the use of a high-quality surge protector. Data protection is the responsibility of the purchaser, although we offer products and assistance on ways to manage disaster recovery. On items we do not assemble, the item must be returned to the manufacturer for all warranty related issues.
